in early 2021 and will investigate the following: whether prescribed exercise increases habitual physical activity and reduces sedentary behavior in patients with IPF on antifibrotic therapy; whether effectiveness of antifibrotics to slow decline in lung function, quality of life, and exercise tolerance in patients with IPF is enhanced with a concomitant mHealth home exercise program; Feasibility, adherence, and safety of an mHealth home exercise program for patients with IPF; and the usefulness of long-term physical activity behavior assessed via patient-worn sensors as an endpoint for IPF
